Gautam Gambhir named head coach of India men’s cricket team

Gautam Gambhir has been appointed as the head coach of the Indian men’s cricket team, the bcci confirmed. The former India opener has signed a three-year contract and will succeed the legendary Rahul Dravid.

Former India openers Gambhir and WV Raman were interviewed by BCCI’s Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) for the national team’s head coach’s position last month.
