- You know the tennis world – maybe you’ve coached, played competitively, worked in events, or been part of the tennis industry. You get how venues run and what players and coaches care about.
- You’re a superb project manager who is being proactive, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days look the same.
- You’re ready and willing to travel nationwide to support installations, tournaments, demos, and on-site operations.
- Maybe you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and coordinate tournaments
PlayRelay has the privilege to run multiple high-level tournaments across North America every year. You will lead our tournament operations and deliver an excellent customer experience. - Lead and coordinate installations at venues
Plan and manage installs across the U.S. – sometimes doing them yourself, sometimes working with contractors. You’ll also support live product demos and represent PlayReplay with confidence at partner venues. - Oversee logistics, inventory & documentation
Track equipment and shipments, manage inventory levels, and make sure our hardware arrives where it needs to be, on time. You’ll also help standardize procedures and create clear documentation and training materials. - Deliver customer support & field troubleshooting
Be a first responder for system issues. Whether it’s a tech hiccup or a setup snag, you’ll coordinate with internal teams and contractors to resolve things quickly and professionally. - Manage and grow our contractor network
Coordinate scheduling, support onboarding and training, and assist in recruiting reliable 1099 contractors across the country. - Analyze operations and recommend improvements
Track KPIs, evaluate workflows, and help us scale smarter. You’ll play a key role in identifying inefficiencies and implementing upgrades to how we work. - Ensure compliance & safety in all field activities
Keep our operations aligned with safety standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
The Details:
- Location: U.S.-based, West Cost or Midwest (Remote, with national travel up to 50%)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $55,000 – $65,000/year (Exempt – not eligible for overtime)
- Vacation: 10 days PTO per year plus paid holidays
- Reports To: Head of Operations
- Travel: Required as needed; evening/weekend availability may be necessary based on tournament/install schedules
If you’re excited to lead operations for one of the most exciting innovations in tennis today, we’d love to hear from you.
