Top 20 Prize Money winners of the 2025 ATP season

The 2025 ATP Tour season has concluded, and the final tally for prize money has confirmed what many observers suspected: the financial rewards for excellence have never been higher. Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz have effectively created their own financial tier, earning more than triple the amount of the third-place finisher.

Here are the officially recorded top 20 prize money earners for the 2025 season.

The “Big Two”

Combined, Sinner and Alcaraz earned nearly $38 million in official prize money, dominating the Grand Slams and Masters 1000s. Even though Alcaraz finished the year as World No 1, Sinner took the top spot for prize money earnings.

  1. Jannik Sinner (ITA) – $19,114,396. Key 2025 Titles: Australian Open, ATP Finals (Turin), Wimbledon. This total sets a new standard for single-season earnings, excluding the $6 million exhibition prize he won at the Six Kings Slam in Riyadh.
  2. Carlos Alcaraz (ESP) – $18,803,427. Key 2025 Titles: Roland Garros, US Open. Note: Alcaraz finished just around $300k behind Sinner. His massive payouts came from winning two Majors and deep runs in the Masters 1000 events.

These figures do not include endorsement deals or appearance fees.

For example, the Six Kings Slam Exhibition: The exhibition event in Riyadh paid Jannik Sinner $6M for the win, a single paycheck larger than Alexander Zverev’s entire official season earnings.
