Waiver Wire Pickups Week 15

Waiver Wire Week 15

Week 15 is finally here, and the fantasy playoffs have officially begun. Everything you’ve done all season leads to this moment. Every roster move, every matchup call, every waiver pickup now carries real weight. This is where sharp preparation and confident decision‑making separate contenders from everyone else. Whether you need a reliable flex, a matchup‑driven streamer, or a high‑upside swing to push you into the next round, the waiver wire still matters. One smart addition can extend your season and keep your championship run alive. Stay focused, trust your process, and attack the matchups that give you the clearest path to advancing.

Marcus Mariota

64% Rostered on Sleeper

Jayden Daniels reaggravated his elbow injury, just as I predicted before kickoff when I mentioned on X that it was too soon for him to return. With the Commanders’ season effectively over, they’re turning to Marcus Mariota to finish things out, and the matchup couldn’t be better. He faces the Giants in Week 15, a defense that ranks third-worst in fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. Mariota is a pickup and a must‑start for managers who need stability or upside at the position. The last time he saw full action was two weeks ago against Denver, where he played well, going 28-of-50 for 294 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 1 interception.

Shedeur Sanders

86% Rostered on Sleeper

Sanders played absolutely lights out, and this is the version of him I’ve believed in since his Colorado days. His confidence has always been real, and he showed again that it’s backed by talent, poise, and command. Cleveland’s loss wasn’t on him, the decision to go for two twice instead of taking the points cost them what should’ve been a 31‑31 game with a real chance to win. The defense also didn’t hold up against Tennessee, but Sanders delivered: 33-of-42 for 364 yards, 3 passing touchdowns, 1 interception, plus a rushing score.

He now faces Chicago in Week 15, a defense that just allowed Jordan Love to put up 21.26 fantasy points and ranks seventh worst in fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. With weapons like Jeudy, Fannin Jr., Njoku, and Sampson, Sanders is positioned to produce strong fantasy numbers again and is firmly in the streaming and playoff-start conversation.

Dylan Sampson

86% Rostered on Sleeper

Sampson continues to prove himself as a PPR asset, hauling in 5-of-6 targets for 64 yards last week against Tennessee. His ability to contribute in the passing game makes him especially valuable in formats that reward receptions. In Week 15, he faces Chicago, a defense vulnerable through the air and one that could allow him a significant workload. The Browns are looking to close the season strong, and Sampson’s role has become clear even while sharing the backfield with Quinshon Judkins. He’s carved out his niche as a reliable weapon, making him a solid flex play in this playoff matchup.

Jaylen Wright

60% Rostered on Sleeper

Wright stepped up big when De’Von Achane left early against the Jets with a rib injury. He took over backfield duties, rushing 24 times for 107 yards and a touchdown, proving he can handle a heavy workload. Achane’s injury status is worth monitoring, but Wright looks poised to be the go‑to back for the foreseeable future. The Week 15 matchup against Pittsburgh isn’t ideal, as the Steelers are tough against the run, but Wright’s volume alone gives him a path to double‑digit fantasy points. He’s a strong flex play in first round of the playoffs.

Ryan Flournoy

22% Rostered on Sleeper

With CeeDee Lamb still in the concussion protocol, Ryan Flournoy becomes a legitimate Week 15 playoff option. He stepped up against Detroit, posting 9 receptions on 13 targets for 115 yards and a touchdown which was a breakout performance that showed clear chemistry and trust within this offense. Lamb has a real chance of missing the matchup against Minnesota, which puts Flournoy directly in the flex conversation.

It’s not an ideal matchup on paper, but Dallas’ offense has been explosive all season, and Minnesota has shown vulnerability in certain games. Flournoy is a fresh face with limited tape for defenses to study, and that unpredictability works in your favor. He’s a strong flex play with upside.

Jalen McMillan

82% Rostered on Sleeper

McMillan suffered a season‑ending neck injury in the summer, but encouragingly he’s been practicing in limited fashion this week. Tampa Bay’s receiver room has been decimated, with Egbuka the only consistent option, so McMillan’s return could be a major boost. Last year he proved himself as a legitimate threat when healthy, and while he may not start immediately, he’s worth a pickup and stash for managers advancing deeper into the playoffs. The Week 15 matchup against Atlanta is favorable, as they rank tenth worst in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers. That opens the door for McMillan to see the field and work his way back into a meaningful role right away.

Jack Bech

81% Rostered on Sleeper

Bech saw expanded snaps with Dont’e Thornton sidelined by a concussion, and he made the most of it. He went 6‑for‑6 for 50 yards against Denver, which is impressive considering the Broncos are the second‑best defense in the league against opposing wide receivers. The matchup improves slightly this week against the Eagles. It’s not an ideal spot, but his usage should remain steady. In PPR formats, that volume gives him flex value. In standard or half‑PPR, the ceiling isn’t nearly as appealing, especially in this matchup. For Week 15, Bech is a PPR‑only play.

Jayden Reed

94% Rostered on Sleeper

Reed is back and finally healthy after dealing with a shoulder injury early in the year and undergoing surgery on both his shoulder and foot. Last week against Chicago he went 4‑for‑4 for 31 yards, and that performance felt more like a warmup than a true return to form. This week Green Bay faces Denver, a defense they can absolutely compete with, and Reed should slide right back into his gadget role, the one that makes him such a versatile and dangerous piece in this offense. If he’s available in your league, pick him up now. You’ll be glad you did.

Ben Sinnott

52% Rostered on Sleeper

Sinnott is finally getting the opportunity everyone waited on while Zach Ertz kept delaying retirement. With Ertz sidelined by a torn ACL and likely finished for good, Sinnott now has a clear path to a significantly expanded role. Expect Marcus Mariota to lean on him heavily this week, especially as a safety valve in the short and intermediate areas.

He’s a pickup and start for Week 15 only, because the schedule turns ugly after this. Washington faces the Eagles twice, which is a brutal stretch for tight ends. The Dallas matchup in Week 17 is the one to monitor, since that’s championship week in many leagues and could offer sneaky value.
