As I begin to write this, I can’t think of a more modern day influential figure that I look up to. General Colin Powell carried himself as a valiant dignitary in a time when chaos and confusion were running a muck.
Colin Powell stands amongst a unique place in history. Being appointed the first African American Joints Chiefs of Staff under a Republican Oligarchy, carves out a notch in the history of this country that will never be erased! Besides that General Powell represented an image of noble character and stable demeanor.
As many know I started a series a few years ago entitled ” The Leadership Trail”. With the passing of General Colin Powell I am inspired to revise that series here on Drive and Flow.
