Era Motorsport closed out a successful 2025 racing season with six straight weeks of motorsport action, earning podiums and victories across a wide range of programs, disciplines, and eras.
From securing our second consecutive 2.0-Litre Cup championship in the No. 60 “Queen of Diamonds” 1965 Porsche 911 SWB, to a podium for rookie driver Tobias Lütke in the prestigious Motul Petit Le Mans in IMSA, to a Pro-Am Championship podium in our debut 24H Series campaign with a special charity partner on the car — we made sure to end the year the right way, across every program we race in.
Now, as we head into a busy off-season and look ahead to 2026, there’s no slowing down. With shop upgrades underway, chassis being rebuilt with the highest level of care and attention to detail, and a full schedule already taking shape, our team is powering through the winter stronger than ever.

Making History with the Historics Programme
Three incredible events capped off the Era Motorsport historics season — the Peter Auto Dix Mille Tours at Circuit Paul Ricard, the world-renowned Goodwood Revival, and the Peter Auto Estoril Classics. Each weekend was marked by strong finishes, big wins, and new successes for us.
Most notably, our expert crew clinched their second consecutive 2.0L Cup Championship one round early at Dix Mille Tours. The pair spent the season campaigning the 1965 Porsche 911 SWB, affectiontely known as The Queen of Diamonds, delivering consistently dominant performances in the highly competitive one-make series. Their 2025 season featured four wins and a fifth podium, securing the title for the second year in a row, a testament to their skill behind the wheel and our crew’s meticulous craftsmanship in building and maintaining one of the best cars in the field.
“The Era Motorsport team have done a mega job all season to give us a competitive car to challenge for wins,” Bryant said after their victory. “I’m over the moon to have secured the championship for Era and very grateful to Kyle and the team for the opportunity to defend the title again. Back-to-back championships in the ‘Queen of Diamonds’ is very special — I can’t thank the team enough.”
“I’m very happy for Olly and the team to have secured another championship — his fourth now,” Tilley added. “We’ve done a fair amount of development on the ‘Queen of Diamonds,’ which has really shown with four overall wins and five podiums from five races. We’d love to carry this experience over to new customers in 2026, as our background in modern racing can help gentleman drivers develop immensely. A final shout-out has to go to our own Lee Woodhams, who looks after the Queen of Diamonds. Without his tireless work, none of this would be possible.”
Adding to the success at Dix Mille Tours, our team debuted a Ferrari F430 GT2, earning a top-five finish in its maiden outing in the Endurance Racing Legends II grid. The team also claimed class pole in the Classic Endurance Racing I category with the Chevron B19 and ran the fastest Chevron B8 of the weekend.
Just one week later, the crew regrouped at the prestigious Goodwood Revival, where we campaigned two one-of-one cars — the Gilby Type B1 and the Tojeiro-Buick EE Coupe — against some of the greatest machinery of their eras.

In its second race with our team, the Gilby scored a podium finish in the Glover Trophy despite pouring rain and intense competition on race day. Not only was it a return to the car’s debut circuit, but also a comeback after an extensive rebuild and restoration at Era’s UK-based shop. The improvements were clear, with the Gilby climbing from eighth in 2024 to third in 2025.
Similarly, the Tojeiro-Buick made its debut with our team and, despite a first-lap incident in the RAC Tourist Trophy (TT) race, finished inside the top ten among Cobras and E-Types that once dominated the field. Thanks to the team’s precise preparation, the original Jackie Stewart-driven car set a lap eight seconds faster than it had ever achieved previously at Goodwood.
To close out the historic season, The Queen of Diamonds took a victory lap at the Estoril Classics, earning yet another podium in a special one-off gold and red livery celebrating both the championship win and the life of its original builder, Historika’s Kevin Morfett, who tragically passed away just weeks prior.
We also ran a bright-orange Lotus 15, which made an impressive debut by taking two overall victories in the Gentlemen Challenge before heading into a full rebuild for the off-season. The team’s Lotus Elite also turned heads, taking second in the GT class and first in the Index of Performance category in the same grid.

Celebrating Firsts in Professional Racing Across the Globe
Our two world-class endurance racing programs also faced a packed conclusion to the season. In the United States, the TireRack.com Battle on the Bricks and Motul Petit Le Mans closed out the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, while across the Atlantic, the team’s first-ever GT3 campaign wrapped up with the iconic Michelin 24H Barcelona, marking the finale of the 2025 24H Series.
The highlight for the IMSA squad came at the prestigious Petit Le Mans at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. The 10-hour endurance classic marked the end of rookie Bronze driver Tobias Lütke’s debut IMSA season — and his first year behind the wheel of LMP2 machinery.
After showing impressive pace and consistency throughout the year, frequently qualifying in the top half of the field and earning multiple top-five finishes in the No. 18 Oreca 07, Lütke capped off his season alongside David Heinemeier Hansson and Oliver Jarvis with his first-ever IMSA podium, earning third place and securing Era’s second consecutive Petit Le Mans podium.
“It feels so good — I’m so happy,” Lütke said. “To finish on the podium with this team is amazing. The whole crew has been incredible, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Ten hours around here is a serious challenge, but everyone on the team put in one of their best performances of the year. It all came together perfectly.”
Team owner Kyle Tilley echoed the sentiment, proud to see Lütke’s steady progress rewarded.
“Another podium at Petit Le Mans — a fantastic way to end what has been a trying season,” Tilley said. “I’m delighted we were able to deliver Tobi his first IMSA podium; it’s been a long time coming and is richly deserved.
“I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Tobi for entrusting us with his maiden IMSA season. It’s been an adventure that we at Era Motorsport are proud to have been part of, and we wish him every success in 2026.
“Lastly, an enormous thank you to our stellar crew — the best of the best and a group worthy of any top-tier program. Here’s to 2026!”

Just two weeks before the Petit Le Mans podium, our Ferrari 296 GT3 took to the track for the final round of the 2025 24H Series at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, sporting a special one-off livery. The blue, pink, and silver design of the No. 81 Ferrari honored and supported the work of New Life Special Care Babies, a UK-based charity connected to the team through Dick Lovett Ferrari Swindon.
New Life’s mission to fund neonatal care units and early-born infant support across the UK resonated deeply with our family-oriented values, making it a perfect fit for the biggest race on the 24H Series Europe calendar.
After 24 hours of racing around Barcelona with Kyle Tilley, Dwight Merriman, Jake Hill, Oliver Bryant, and Ryan Dalziel sharing driving duties, we earned a top-five finish in the GT3 Pro-Am class, and more importantly, clinched third place in the GT3 Pro-Am Championship — a remarkable achievement in the team’s debut season of GT3 competition.

Preparing for What’s Next: The Off-Season
Despite having just cut the engines and loaded the cars into the trailers for the final time this year, the work for the crew has only just begun. Teams on both sides of the Atlantic are already deep into preparations for 2026, determined to make it the team’s greatest year of racing yet.
At the Indianapolis shop, three Oreca 07 LMP2 tubs are being stripped bare and rebuilt as part of a full refresh. These will serve as the team’s race, test, and backup cars for the 2026 IMSA season, which kicks off in just 70 days at the ROAR before the Rolex 24 at Daytona.
Meanwhile, both Ferrari 296 GT3s have recently returned to the U.S. workshop so the 24H Series crew can give them the same meticulous treatment, stripping them down to the chassis, inspecting every component, and rebuilding them stronger than ever for the 2026 season.
“This is probably the most important time of the year for teams in racing,” Team Principal Jonathan Broadwell explained. “If you start the season with an ill-prepared car, it’s likely only going to go downhill from there in terms of reliability, results, and overall performance. That’s why it’s vital to take full advantage of the time we have here and make sure not a single thing is missed, so we have a solid foundation to build off for the year.”
“For the LMP2 program, we already have a shorter gap before we start racing again than we did between Sebring and Watkins Glen this year,” Broadwell added. “So while it is technically the off-season, our timeline is limited, and we need to stay ahead of schedule to account for holidays, logistics, and any other curveballs that may be thrown our way. That way, no compromises need to be made for our clients or our crew.”
“Having the GT3 team here as well is an excellent opportunity for both teams to interact, support one another, and share knowledge,” he continued. “At the end of the day, we all have the same goal: to have the fastest, safest, and most reliable car on track.”
Across the pond at the Swindon-based UK workshop, multiple cars, including the Lotus 15, Porsche 997 GT3R, and Chevron B19, are undergoing similar off-season preparation for 2026.
“We always take advantage of any downtime to ensure our clients’ cars are in pristine condition,” said Historics Team Manager Ross Curnow. “Our goal is to not just show up with a good car, but to deliver the best example of that model on the track — whether it’s an Aston Martin DB4, Rover SD1, or Oreca 03 LMP2.”
“We have so many in-house experts that we can handle nearly any ground-up rebuild entirely within our shop,” they added. “For any work we need to outsource, we partner with the best in the industry, ensuring no corners are cut at any stage.”
The UK workshop itself is also receiving upgrades to further establish it as one of the most capable prep facilities in the country.
“We store dozens of clients’ cars on-site and work here every day,” Curnow explained. “That’s why we’re investing in improvements for winter: better insulation, upgraded heating systems, and general maintenance. These upgrades make the shop more comfortable for our crew, but more importantly, they provide our clients with peace of mind, knowing their cars are safe, well-protected, and ready to hit the track at a moment’s notice.”

Supporting Clients Across the Globe in 2026
While our crews work through the 2025–2026 off-season, now is also the time for clients to start preparing for their next season. If you want to spend more time on track and less time in the shop, managing logistics, or replacing parts after every session, Era Motorsport removes the complexity of motorsport so you can focus on what you love: being behind the wheel.
With years of experience, a crew devoted to the craft, and workshops ready to welcome your cherished machines, we are uniquely positioned to support your racing ambitions. We can tailor a program to match your goals, experience level, and commitment.
Our team is built to help you reach your racing objectives. We handle everything from minor repairs to full ground-up restorations. Whether your car is a one-of-a-kind machine from the history books or a popular model filling grids around the world, we can return it to the best shape it has ever been in.
“At Era Motorsport, our job is to make sure everyone who races with us has a safe, well-built, fast car they can take to the track with confidence,” said Lead Mechanic Kane Tilley. “Our team comes from a wide range of racing disciplines, so we always have an expert on hand, no matter what car you bring. Our goal is to remove every barrier between you and a fantastic day on track.”
Our support doesn’t end in the workshop. Professional mechanics travel with you to the circuit to keep your car safe, reliable, and fast. They handle any repairs needed and ensure you have the best possible equipment every time you take the green flag.
From the Rolex 24 at Daytona to the 2.0L Cup with Peter Auto, we work with some of the world’s top drivers to provide coaching on and off track. For shared events, we also offer co-driving support to help you achieve your best results.
Physio and hospitality programs keep you well-fed, comfortable, and in peak condition to meet the physical demands of motorsport. Our team manages all logistics and transportation in-house, so the only thing you need to focus on is getting in the driver’s seat and chasing your next lap record.
With workshops in both Europe and North America, it’s easy to take your racing program international. You can experience everything from the awe of Spa-Francorchamps’ Eau Rouge to the tight descent of Laguna Seca’s Corkscrew in a car expertly prepared by our team.
