Manchester United have revealed that at least seven players will miss the Newcastle united match.
Friday night seeing the two teams meet for an 8pm kick-off at Old Trafford.
United having won five of the last six games against Man U, home and away.
Ahead of the match, an official Manchester United statement stating the seven who will definitely not be involved.
Ruben Amorim delivering this official update on Wednesday.
The Man U boss stating that Bruno Fernandes and Kobbie Mainoo won’t be in the matchday Manchester United squad against Newcastle United, due to injury.
Amorim also confirming that Matthijs de Ligt and Harry Maguire are not going to be available.
Manchester United will also be without Amad Diallo, Noussair Mazraoui and Bryan Mbeumo.
This trio are currently away from club football, representing their countries at the Africa Cup of Nations.
In total, this means that at least seven Manchester United players will be unavailable for this Boxing Day game against Newcastle United.
