Bayley is one of the most respected females in the WWE locker room. Yet, she’s also one of the most disrespected talents in WWE history. The former Hugger has been a staple of excellence during the Women’s Evolution. However, she’s been looked over in posters, promotional ads, and was even taken off last year’s WrestleMania card. Still, The Role Model takes it on the chin and keeps her head up high. After a successful three-day seminar, Bayley launches Lodestone on YouTube to help find the future women’s wrestling Main Eventers!
Bayley’s Lodestone Seminar for Women’s Wrestlers
Earlier this month, Bayley held a three-day convention in Orlando, FL called “Lodestone.” The seminar was free for attendees and was considered a resounding success.
Bayley’s event brought together some of the top names in WWE to pay it forward to aspiring women’s wrestlers. These women received advice, hands-on training, and promo development discussions with a who’s who in WWE’s locker room.
Volunteers in Bayley’s first-ever Lodestone included:
- Bianca Belair
- Charlotte Flair
- Lyra Valkyria
- Maxxine Dupri
- Natalya Neidhart
- Rhea Ripley
- Roxanne Perez
- TJ Wilson
- Tyler Breeze
In addition, John Cena stopped by to take in the seminar. The Never Seen 17 saw it all. Just a week before his retirement, John Cena watched eight hours of participants competing in matches. The gracious WWE legend gave each individual feedback on their showcase.
After his visit, the Cenation leader thanked Pamela Martinez (“Pam,” Bayley’s real name) for the opportunity to visit with the aspiring stars:
Even Stephanie McMahon acknowledged Bayley’s contributions. She thanked Bayley for hosting Lodestone and for leading the future, ensuring it is in good hands.
Izzy, Other Notable Names Come to Lodestone
Many up-and-coming women’s wrestlers made it a priority to attend the inaugural Lodestone event hosted by Bayley. One of the most notable individuals to join was Izzy.
Izzy was the little girl in the front row of NXT shows who used to dress like Bayley. Now the little Hugger is all grown up, and even got to have an exhibition match against Bayley.
Some of the talents that participated in the first-ever Lodestone included:
- Brooke Havok
- Dani Mo
- Gabby Forza
- Izzy
- Liviyah
- Janai Kai
- Nikki Blackheart,
- Nor Diana
- Rachel Armstrong
When the seminar came to an end, Bayley was still riding high on excitement. The former WWE Women’s Champion shared her post-seminar thoughts, promising that there will be more of these seminars to come. In the meantime, she’s launched an official YouTube channel in anticipation of more Lodestone events.
Bayley Launches Lodestone On YouTube After Seminar
Hot off the success of her all-women’s seminar, Bayley has launched her Lodestone YouTube page. Bayley took to X to promote the new channel, promising exciting new content in 2026.
Currently, the biography of the Lodestone YouTube page states:
“A passion project built around pro wrestling, but thriving on shared ambition, support and community! Follow along the journey”
It remains to be seen what other type of content Bayley will produce. Perhaps she can share her opinions about the locker room, as she did with The Undertaker and Michelle McCool.
Bayley Upset with WWE/NXT Locker Room
Bayley recently pointed out that wrestlers are leaving shows before they’re over. The generational talent said it “blows her mind.”
This exact gripe caused huge issues backstage during the NXT holiday tapings. Talent left before the taping ended. So, when Thea Hail accidentally got the pin on Blake Monroe, some talents weren’t around to retape backstage content. As a result, WWE has created a new policy for booked talent.
Hopefully, this won’t be an issue in the future. With Bayley taking the reins and producing tomorrow’s stars, staying until the end of the show might once again be instilled into professional wrestlers’ psyches.
What Does Lodestone Mean?
Bayley chose to name her women-focused wrestling training camp to be Lodestone. Lodestone is a natural magnet stone. It’s a piece of mineral magnetite that has a magnetic charge that can attract other minerals.
Pamela Rose Martinez decided to play with that concept, as she’s hoping to attract top female talent. This natural magnet stone has been symbolically associated with manifesting optimal outcomes.
Bayley Responds to Latest WrestleMania Snub
Bayley has made it clear over the years that being snubbed by WWE hurts her feelings. The star carried the women’s division during the pandemic and after, and yet the former leader of Damage CTRL never got on a poster, show banner, or media outlets.
Recently, WWE created vignettes for top women stars in anticipation of WrestleMania in Las Vegas. The women arrive for a dinner party and then have separate promos that focus on their storyline arcs. There are seven top women’s wrestlers in the videos, and Bayley is not one of them.
However, the veteran takes the slight in stride:
With Bayley’s partnership with Lyra Valkyria, there are a few avenues WWE is looking to explore. The duo might be involved in a multi-person Women’s Tag Team Title Match with the Kabuki Warriors, Lash Legend and Nia Jax, and Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss. Meanwhile, it’s believed Rhiyo will implode, as Rhea Ripley is rumored to face Iyo Sky at WrestleMania 42.
