Dralistico could be back in an AEW ring sooner rather than later.
After being sidelined since late 2025 due to lingering ear injuries that eventually required surgery, the La Faccion Ingobernable member is reportedly nearing the finish line in his recovery.
In December, Dralistico revealed he had undergone an undisclosed procedure after attempting to wrestle through the injury. His last match took place in late October in a trios bout where La Faccion Ingobernable fell to Komander, Mark Briscoe, and Roderick Strong. Since then, he has been on the shelf for roughly four months. Now, according to Bryan Alvarez, Dralistico has cleared a major hurdle.
“Dralistico is said to have been cleared by his doctors in Mexico and is awaiting clearance from AEW, so he should be back soon,” Alvarez reported.
That means the only thing standing between Dralistico and a return is final approval from AEW’s medical team.
When he announced his surgery in December, Dralistico publicly thanked fans for their support and also expressed gratitude toward Tony Khan for his backing during the recovery process. Signed to AEW since 2023, Dralistico has been a key part of the company alongside his brother Rush, while their younger brother Dragon Lee competes in WWE.
Interestingly, Rush is also currently out of action with a knee injury, leaving La Faccion Ingobernable without its two most prominent members for the time being. If AEW gives the green light soon, Dralistico’s return could provide a much-needed boost to the faction — and potentially set the stage for new rivalries heading into the next cycle of programming.
