It took six sentient talking guns to successfully save humanity from Garmantuous and foil his evil plans in the first High On Life. In High on Life 2, an intergalactic conspiracy is back and is challenging humanity once more. If things couldn’t get any worse, they put a bounty on your sister’s head. Once more, it’s time to wrangle up the sentient arsenal of weapons to defend your sister and save the world once more. However, it looks like some old friends have left, and in their place new ones emerged. To find the right gun for you, here are all of the High On Life 2 guns, including their abilites.
All High On Life 2 Weapons
There are a total of 7 weapons to use in High On Life 2. Six, if you don’t count your melee buddy Knifey, who makes his return, but who would ever do that. The guns that make their return in this sequel are Gus, played by JB Smoove, Sweezy, voiced by Betsy Sodaro, and Creature, played by Tim Robinson. All of the weapons can be and will be earned as you progress through the main story. So no worries about missing any of these iconic characters.
High On Life 2 New Weapons:
- Bowie – Complete the Finance Wiz James Stevenson bounty to unlock Bowie. While their rate of fire is rather slow side Bowie hits like a truck. That is, if you can properly aim the weapon. Bowie’s trickshot ability is capable of highlighting weak points on enemies and objects.
- Gus – Unlocked from the beginning, Gus returns as the shotgun for players. Just like in the previous game, Gus is capable of firing a giant lava disc that can ricochet off enemies or can be used strategically. His discs can be shot into certain walls to create platforms.
- Sweezy – Unlocked from the beginning. Just like Gus Sweezy functions as she does in the first game. She’s an SMG who can fire time bubble, slowing platforms, and enemies.
- Sheath – Complete the Senator Muppy Doo bounty to unlock Sheath. Sheath is a burst assault rifle whose trickshot can deal damage across multiple enemies as an electric chain attack.
- Creature – A returning character who’s not unlocked at the start, but after the Jeppy pickup mission. Same as the last game creature launches his offspring that does damage to enemies. His special ability allows them to mind control enemies for a duration.
- Travis & Jan – The first dual-wielding weapons in the High On Life franchise. Complete the Billionaire Larry Pinkstock bounty to unlock Travis. Complete the Dinner with Mum mission to unlock Jan. Each of them has their own trickshot ability. Jan is capable of shooting explosive slime, while Travis can levitate certain platforms.
- Knifey- Your Knife and melee buddy
