NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Clubhouse, Dillingham Park, Ampthill, Bedfordshire, MK45 2HX on Monday 8th December 2025 at 8.00pm when the following ordinary business will be transacted :

1. To receive the report of the committee from The Chairman
2. To receive the Income and Expenditure Account and Balance Sheet of the Company for the accounting reference date 30^th June 2025.
3. To approve the Membership Subscriptions for the current season.
4. To elect the Members of the Committee and the Officers.
