Another Bloodline Family Member Calls Out CM Punk Over Roman Reigns’ Dead Father Line

The fallout from CM Punk’s controversial line about Roman Reigns’ late father is still spreading — and now another member of the Anoa’i family has weighed in.

The moment happened at the end of WWE Raw, when Punk referenced WWE Hall of Famer Sika while cutting a promo on Roman Reigns. The line instantly turned the feud more personal and triggered strong reactions online, including a heated response from Zilla Fatu, the son of the late Umaga.

While speaking on the Beyond the Bell podcast, Nia Jax addressed Punk’s comments and made it clear she isn’t worried about the Second City Saint’s words. Instead, she suggested Punk’s remarks came from confidence in the moment. Jax began by dismissing Punk’s comments as someone talking loudly in the heat of the moment.

“I think small men bark loud. In that moment, he was probably feeling a little confident. It’s funny because you see him walk away right after he says that line.”

Despite the strong wording used in Punk’s promo, Jax explained that the Anoa’i family isn’t concerned about the situation because of their long-standing dominance in the wrestling industry. She pointed out that the Samoan wrestling dynasty has built its reputation over decades through its presence in the ring.

“That doesn’t bother me, because I know what my family is physically capable of. We’ve shown it over the last three decades what our family is capable of — the Samoan dynasty.”

Jax then made it clear that, in her view, Punk can say whatever he wants — but when it comes down to the actual fight between Punk and Reigns, she believes there’s only one outcome.

“So that’s fine. He can speak all he wants. But when it comes down to it, the person who will be reigning over Phil will be none other than the OTC.”

Bottom line — Punk’s promo clearly touched a nerve, and the Bloodline family isn’t staying quiet about it. With WrestleMania 42 around the corner, the trash talk is only getting louder — and if this keeps escalating, the road to that match might get even more personal.

Do you think CM Punk crossed a line referencing Roman Reigns’ father — or was it just classic wrestling promo heat ahead of WrestleMania 42? Let us know your thoughts.
