Welcome back to this week’s Top 10, which should be jumbled up a bit thanks to some cracking games this week. None should be bigger than tomorrow’s interstate matchup between Darien (Conn.) and South Huntington St. Anthony’s (N.Y.); the last few times these two teams have met have produced some great highlights and thrilling finishes.
I think another good game this week will be Thursday’s game between Lutherville Maryvale Prep (Md.) and Manheim (Pa.) Township. But watch for the games that Bradenton IMG Academy (Fla.) will have later this week. The Ascenders take on Garden City (N.Y.) on Friday, then will meet St. Anthony’s on Sunday. It will be interesting to see how this “super prep” team does in their Long Island road trip.

The Friars are set for another memorable showdown with Darien (Conn.) tomorrow, followed by a visit from Bradenton IMG Academy (Fla.) on Sunday
2. Lutherville Maryvale Prep (Md.) 9-0
The Lions have a game at Baltimore Mercy (Md.) before hosting Manheim (Pa.) Township on Thursday
3. Manchester (Md.) Valley 4-0
The Mustangs have another road game at Annapolis Broadneck; next home game won’t be until April 16th for these road warriors
4. Darien (Conn.) 1-0
The Blue Wave won their opening regular-season fixture at Chatham (N.J.) and will have an enormous showdown tomorrow against No. 1 St. Anthony’s
5. Severn Archbishop Spalding (Md.) 6-0
The Cavaliers will take on Glenelg (Md.) Country School tomorrow and then have Brooklandville St. Paul’s School for Girls (Md.) on Friday
6. Tredyffrin Conestoga (Pa.) 6-0
After a road win at Vero Beach (Fla.), the Pioneers will dive deep into their Central League schedule with Folsom Ridley (Pa.) today, Glen Mills Garnet Valley (Pa.) on Thursday, then will meet District 1 rival Malvern Great Valley (Pa.) on Saturday
7. Newtown Square Episcopal Academy (Pa.) 6-1
The Churchwomen next take to the pitch April 10th at Rutgers University; the opponent will be Greenwich Sacred Heart (Conn.)
8. Garden City (N.Y.) 6-0
After a weekend win over Massapequa (N.Y.), the Trojans prep for a Friday game with Bradenton IMG Academy (Fla.)
9. Alexandria St. Stephen’s/St. Agnes (Va.) 9-0
The Saints look to get head coach Kathy Jenkins her 900th win this week; that could come as early as today with a win over Potomac Connelly School of the Holy Child (Md.)
10. Olney Good Counsel (Md.) 6-0
The Falcons showed out last week in a sweep of games against Leonardtown (Md.) and Severna Park (Md.) last Thursday; they host Arlington Bishop O’Connell (Va.) this week
Who’s out: Bayport-Blue Point (N.Y.) 11-10 loss to Eastport-South Manor (N.Y.)
