Nadeem’s throw of 92.97m is sensational and sets a new Olympic record. Although he fouled on his first attempt, his massive throw on the second attempt allowed him to take the lead by a substantial margin. This performance marks a remarkable achievement in his career. After the third round of throws, four athletes were eliminated, reducing the final to eight competitors. Finland’s Oliver Helander and Toni Keranen, Brazil’s Luiz Mauricio da Silva, and Moldova’s Andrian Mardare are no longer in the race.
