Arshdeep unfollows Punjab Kings after they released him before IPL auction

Indian pacer Arshdeep Singh has unfollowed Punjab Kings (PBKS) on Instagram, which has raised questions regarding his future in the team after they revealed their list of retained players before the mega auctions of Indian Premier League (IPL)2025.

31 October was the deadline for all the IPL franchises to submit their list of retained players, where PBKS retained only two uncapped players and decided to release all the star players.

Arshdeep has been with Punjab as an important player since his debut in 2019. He is of great value for the team because of his ability to swing the ball both ways and taking wickets towards the end.

His decision to unfollow the franchise on Instagram has also sparked rumours that there might be some sort of break between the player and franchise. It will come out to be interesting to watch what team make an offer to Arshdeep Singh, and where he will go with his cricket career as the mega auctions for the IPL 2025 come close.
