Pakistan’s star batter Babar Azam got out on a duck on Day 1 of the first test of the two-match Test series against Bangladesh. This has been the8th time that Babar has had to return to the dugout without he could score a run in Test cricket. The match started with a big delay due to rain and wet field, and later it was reduced to 48 overs in first day. Pakistan lost their first three wickets within just 10 overs, Though it was the dismissal of Babar that confirmed the team being put under pressure.
Babar Azam is now facing heavy trolls and criticism all over social media. Fans have been constantly posting funny posts and memes in order to strike Babar for giving an under-the-par performance with the bat.
Babar is not in his best form, he has not hit the 50-run mark in the last 13 Test innings that he played. Last 50-plus scored by Babar in International Test cricket was back in December 2022 in a match against New Zealand in Karachi.
