Backstage News On Final Attendance Figures For The 2025 AEW Full Gear PPV And Ticket Sales For Worlds End 2025

According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the Full Gear 2025 pay-per-view (PPV) has sold 10,485 tickets, but the event fell several thousand tickets short of a sell-out at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. For comparison, WrestleTix reported on the day of the show that AEW sold 10,229 tickets, with 366 tickets still available for an arena capacity of 10,595 seats. Additionally, WrestleTix noted that AEW Full Gear 2024 sold approximately 10,639 tickets. Earlier projections had estimated that the event would sell between 9,000 and 10,000 tickets.

The report also highlighted a significant increase in ticket sales for AEW Full Gear 2025 following the go-home edition of Dynamite that aired the Wednesday before the event. AEW promoted that this marked the fifth consecutive year in which it sold more than 10,000 tickets for Full Gear, starting from Full Gear 2021. The inaugural AEW Full Gear took place at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland, selling about 8,200 tickets, while the second Full Gear event in 2020 was held at Daily’s Place with a reduced crowd due to the pandemic.

Furthermore, AEW’s final pay-per-view event of the year, titled Worlds End 2025, will take place at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, and has sold 5,246 tickets for the event, which will feature the semifinals and finals of the AEW Continental Classic Tournament.
