During WWE SmackDown this past Friday night, WWE Hall of Famers The Bella Twins (Brie Bella and Nikki Bella) faced off against Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair in a tag team match. Both teams were vying for a chance to challenge for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. The Bella Twins ultimately secured the victory when Brie rolled up Bliss for the pin.
According to Bryan Alvarez from the Wrestling Observer, Nikki appeared to have injured her leg during the match while involved in an off-screen brawl with Nia Jax. Alvarez noted that Nikki was limping and had Nia throw her outside of the ring, after which she did not re-enter the match. A doctor was seen checking on her.
