According to Fightful Select, sources they spoke with expressed that they were “very happy” about the ticket sales for last night’s 2026 Revolution pay-per-view.
WrestleTix reports that the event sold 12,258 tickets, marking a sell-out for the venue’s configured capacity, as noted by AEW President and CEO Tony Khan on Friday. Khan mentioned that the gate revenue exceeded $1 million and that this year’s Revolution is the second-largest in history, following only the 2024 Revolution, which featured Sting’s retirement.
Fightful Select also mentioned that we should not be surprised if AEW Revolution sees “a big step up in importance” in 2026, although it is unclear whether this is due to the ticket sales or other factors.
It is important to note that the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, can accommodate up to 20,000 seats for wrestling events. However, it is common for shows to set up at lower capacities based on business projections, regardless of the promotion.
