This marked the brand’s fifth annual Vengeance Day event and the thirteenth overall in the series. In the main event, Giulia defended the WWE NXT Women’s Championship against Roxanne Perez, Bayley, and Cora Jade in a Fatal 4-Way match.
Giulia retained her title by hitting a running knee strike and executing the Northern Lights Bomb on Perez. After the match, then-NXT Women’s North American Champion and current WWE Women’s World Champion “La Primera” Stephanie Vaquer confronted Giulia. Jordynne Grace then joined the confrontation as the event concluded.
