The event will stream live internationally as part of the BKFC+ subscription ($7.99 per month) on the BKFC App — branded as The Best Value in Combat Sports — with the first bell scheduled for 8:00 p.m. EST / 5:00 p.m. PST.
Warren vs. Cooke Headlines Clearwater Showdown

In the main event, former BKFC Light Heavyweight World Champion and local fan favorite Jaren ‘Captain Deadpool’ Warren (8-3) faces heavy-handed Irish standout Conor ‘Da Crook’ Cooke (6-1), the reigning BKFC U.K. Light Heavyweight Champion.
Warren, a dangerous southpaw known for his knockout power, captured the BKFC Light Heavyweight World Title with a second victory over JoMi Escoboza on June 21, 2024. His résumé also features highlight-reel stoppages over Danny Christie (KO-1 at BKFC-55), Joseph Creer (KO-1 at BKFC Fight Night Clearwater II), and Jay Jackson (KO-2 at BKFC-32).
Cooke will make his United States debut riding momentum from two impressive knockout victories in 2025 — a first-round finish of Stevie Taylor at BKFC Fight Night Manchester and a third-round stoppage of Anthony Holmes at BKFC Fight Night Derby — performances that earned him the BKFC U.K. Light Heavyweight Title. Now, he looks to make a statement against one of BKFC’s most recognizable names on American soil.
Co-Main Event: Reber vs. Oxendine at Bantamweight

The co-feature bout in the bantamweight division pits two-time world title challenger ‘Royal’ Ryan Reber (7-2) against rising prospect Joshua Oxendine (1-0).
Fighting out of Pinellas Park, FL, Reber returns to action looking to rebound after a hard-fought BKFC Bantamweight World Title clash with Justin Ibarrola on December 5, 2025. Reber remains a Clearwater fan favorite, with notable victories over Matt Guymon (SD at BKFC Fight Night Clearwater II), Anthony Foye (UD at BKFC-61), and Derek Perez (KO-4 at BKFC-57).
Oxendine, representing Pembroke, NC, made an immediate impression in his BKFC debut with a unanimous decision win over veteran Travis Thompson at KnuckleMania VI. In addition to his bare knuckle success, he holds an undefeated professional boxing record of 4-0 with two knockouts.
More Fights to Be Announced
Additional bouts for the undercard will be announced in the coming weeks, as BKFC prepares another high-energy night of bare knuckle action in Clearwater.
With a proven track record of electrifying events in the Tampa–St. Petersburg area, BKFC Fight Night Clearwater 3 promises fireworks, local star power, and international intrigue inside the squared circle.
