EBCA and partners are pleased to announce that the 20th EBCA Convention will take place at the Mercure Hotel Antwerp City South in Antwerp, Belgium. To help make your stay as enjoyable and convenient as possible, we have arranged for special discounted rates at the convention hotel.
Special Room Rates for EBCA Attendees
Single room (including breakfast): €115 per night (plus city tax)
Double room (including breakfast): €130 per night (plus city tax)
This special rate is only available until September 1st, or until all rooms are booked. We strongly recommend making your reservation as soon as possible, as both availability and discounted rates are limited.
How to Book Your Room
Please contact the hotel directly by email to reserve your room. Be sure to mention “EBCA Convention” or “European Baseball Coaches Association” in your reservation email to receive the special rate. Do not send your reservation to EBCA.

The hotel is easily accessible by car (via the ring road and highways E19/E34), by train (Antwerp Central Station), or by bus (Airport Express from Brussels Airport). Paid hotel parking is available (€19.50 per day), but limited. Free street parking can be found within a few minutes’ walk.
