Caitlin Clark played just 13 games in the 2025 WNBA season due to a groin injury and a bone bruise. She missed the Indiana Fever’s Commissioner’s Cup championship game and the playoffs, in which the team made it all the way to the semifinals.
Fortunately, Clark has since recovered from her health issues. She was even selected to be part of Team USA for the FIBA Women’s World Cup Qualifying Tournament in San Juan, Puerto Rico, early this March.
The Fever guard impressed in her debut with the USA Basketball senior team, averaging 11.6 points and a team-best 6.4 assists across five games. She led the Americans in total scoring (58), total assists (32) and efficiency (73.0) en route to being named tournament MVP.

After the competition, Clark continued to turn heads and make headlines. She recently attended an event in Miami called “Women Change the Game.” On Wednesday, the Fever guard also made an appearance at the Indiana Pacers’ game against the Los Angeles Lakers at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Even better, Clark didn’t go to the game as an audience member. Instead, she took on the role of a photographer and was on the sidelines capturing several moments with her camera.
The Pacers ended up losing to the Lakers 137-130, but Clark definitely had a great time. In fact, as Clark reflected on her experience, she couldn’t help but refer to Lakers star LeBron James.
On her Instagram Stories, Clark shared the Fever’s post about her being a photographer for the game. She went on to highlight how cool it is to photograph James, writing in the caption, “I got to shoot the king.”

It remains to be seen if Clark, the Fever or the Pacers will share the photos of the Lakers that the superstar guard took. The Pacers already revealed the photos of their players taken by Clark.
