The Callaway Quantum drivers series is new for 2026 with four models launched – the Quantum TD, Max TD, Max D and TD-TD.
The driver series is the successor to the Elyte drivers that debuted in 2025 with the four new additions added to the USGA Conforming List in December ahead of an upcoming launch.
The previous range featured the Elyte, Triple Diamond, X and Max Fast, but there has been no mention yet of a standard model in the new Quantum series.
The only models added to the Conforming List ahead of tour validation have been the Triple Diamond, Max Triple Diamond, Max D and the Triple Diamond Tour Draw.
Callaway have introduced a Tri-face design but little else in terms of the technology in the Quantum drivers. We expect more models to be revealed in the coming weeks.
Callaway Quantum Triple Diamond Driver Specs & Design
The Triple Diamond model is largely seen on tour with this driver the most workable of the options in previous series, something we don’t expect to change in the Quantum model.
The TD driver has been designed for strong, skilled players seeking versatility and control off the tee and the Quantum is set to extract more distance and consistency.
We know it will have a new Tri-face design from the Conforming list and the wording Tri-force on the sole, but little detail has been provided on how that differs from the previous Ai 10x Face technology from the Elyte version.
The driver is expected to be crafted from Callaway’s Triaxial Carbon Crown for optimal weight distribution and enhanced stability and forgiveness.
It is not yet clear whether Callaway’s Jailbreak Speed Frame technology remains, but if it does then expect boosted ball speeds across the face and eye-catching distance.
There are adjustable tungsten weights in the rear the can be set to fade or neutral as well as a front interchangeable weight for precise tuning of launch conditions, spin rates and shot shape preferences.
This version of the Quantum is available in 8 degrees, 9 degrees and 10.5 degrees with three degrees of adjustability (two degrees up and one degree down).
Callaway Quantum Max TD Driver Specs & Design
The Max Triple Diamond version of the model is near identical to the Quantum TD but is a more forgiving option for handicap golfers.
Positioned as the high forgiveness, high MOI option in the lineup, the Max TD is ideal for mid to higher handicappers seeking maximum performance with less spin and more stability.
This model has a slightly larger clubhead size combined with a strategically engineered carbon crown and sole to maximize forgiveness on off-center.

It features the same weighting with fade and neutral ports as well as an interchangeable sole weight for adjusting setup for launch and carry distances.
The driver also lists a Tri-face design and comes with the Tri-force marketing on the sole as two new technology elements.
The Elyte X is available in 8.5 degrees, 9 degrees and 10.5 degrees with three degrees of adjustability.
Callaway Quantum Max D Driver Specs & Design
The only current model in the series not to feature the Triple Diamond logo or name, the Max D is the draw-biased variation for golfers who need to hit straighter drives.
The Max model has always been about forgiveness and the Max D model is designed to helps players battling slices or inconsistent fades to launch straighter, longer drives.
The rear weight ports on the other models is not incorporated into this design with internal weight instead setting the crown up with a draw bias.

There is a movable tungsten weight positioned behind the face to help extract maximum distance by promoting the draw.
Also present in the carbon crown, which is a little larger than other versions for more confidence at address, the promise of a Tri-face and Tri-force and and an adjustable hosel.
It is is sold in three loft options of 9 degrees, 10.5 degrees and 12 degrees with three degrees of adjustability.
Callaway Quantum Triple Diamond Tour Draw Driver Specs & Design
The new addition to the series, the TD-TD is the Triple Diamond Tour Draw and is a draw biased version of the elite model design for tour stars.
Although listed just as a left-handed model on the Conforming List, that is not expected to be the case with the initial listing expected to be for Akshay Bhatia to be able to play the driver.
It offers the same design setup as the Triple Diamond include the Tri-face and Tri-force wording behind the face, as well as an adjustable front weight.

There is no view of a rear weight port so it is expected that the internal weight is structured towards the draw bias that is also found in the Max D model.
The TD-TD model is sold in 9 degrees and 10.5 degrees with three degrees of adjustability (one degree down and two degrees up) via the OptiFit hosel.
Callaway Quantum Drivers Review: Are they any good?
Callaway have arrived with the yearly update and the successor to the Elyte range, and we look forward to getting our hands on them to test.
The interesting move is the new models in the Triple Diamond Tour Draw and Triple Diamond Max, coupled with no inclusion of a standard model.
We don’t expect that to the case with a Quantum model likely and that is expected to be fully revealed in the coming weeks.
