Callum Walsh got the better of Carlos Ocampo by unanimous decision in Las Vegas.
Walsh vs Ocampo marked the first main event in the history of Zuffa Boxing as Dana White took his first steps into the world of boxing.
The Irishman got the win at middleweight but it was not plain sailing against Ocampo.
The final scorecards were pretty wide, with two judges scoring it 98-90, the third saw it 97-91.
Despite the decisive scorecards, Walsh faced adversity at times, especially in the sixth round, when he was put down for the first time in his career.
Ocampo was deducted a point in the ninth for a low blow heading into the final round.
Walsh remains unbeaten.
Many viewers took to social media to give their thoughts on the inaugural Zuffa Boxing card.
Yeah. I watched. It was okay.
I’d give it a 6/10 for a fighting event.
