Williams challenges for a maiden world title and heads in as a 27/10 underdog to rip away the title.
The 29-year-old southpaw has won four on the bounce since a sole defeat to Hamzah Sheeraz and his best chance of victory is believed to be by decision at 9/2, while a knockout win is valued at 10/1.
Adames was held to a contentious draw by the aforementioned Sheeraz last February and a second consecutive stalemate is priced at 16/1.
