Caroline Dubois vs Terri Harper – Big Fight Preview & Predictions

A world title unification takes centre stage in London on Sunday as Terri Harper and Caroline Dubois clash at the Olympia.

Both Dubois and Harper bring lightweight world titles into the contest, with each fighter looking to leave as unified champion.

Dubois (12-0-1, 5 KOs) comes into Sunday unbeaten, with only one fight not ending in a ‘Sweet Caroline’ victory.

That came in a draw against Jessica Camara, after the referee was forced to stop the contest early due to an accidental cut to her opponent’s left eye.

Since then, the 25-year-old has recorded two decision victories, beginning with a win over Bo Mi Re Shin.

She was last in action in December on the undercard of Jake Paul vs Anthony Joshua, making her Stateside debut.

Dubois produced a dominant display over 10 rounds, with all three judges scoring the bout 99-90.

Her opponent, Terri Harper, marks Dubois’ toughest test to date on paper.

She currently holds the WBO lightweight crown after defeating Rhiannon Dixon over 10 rounds.

Harper (16-2-2, 6 KOs) headlined at her home stadium in Doncaster last time out, where she beat Natalie Zimmerman by wide unanimous decision.

Prediction: Dubois, the younger fighter, should have enough to put on a statement showing and should stop Harper before the final bell.

Ellie Scotney vs Mayelli Flores Rosquero

Catford’s undefeated champion, Ellie Scotney returns in the co-main event.

Scotney (11-0) currently holds three belts at super bantamweight – the IBF, WBC and WBO.

The 28-year-old has publicly stated she is looking to become undisputed by the end of the year.

She beat Yamileth Mercado over 10 rounds last time out on the undercard of Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano.

Scotney faces Mexican Rosquero (13-1-1, 4 KOs), who comes into the contest on an impressive run of five wins on the spin. She stopped Maricruz Gomez in November 2024.

Prediction: Scotney will likely win the undisputed championship with a wide points win.

Cameron clashes with Kotaskova

Another world title is on the line as Chantelle Cameron moves up to super welterweight and challenges for the vacant WBO title.

She takes on Michaela Kotaskova. The Czech is unbeaten over 13 fights, having been held to a draw in her second and fourth professional outings.

Cameron (21-1, 8 KOs) has far more experience on the world stage, facing tough opposition like Katie Taylor throughout her career.

Prediction: The 34-year-old should have enough to become world champion on points.

Remaining Undercard

Emma Dolan (8-0, 1 KO) is back in action and faces former world champion, Irma Garcia (25-5-1, 5 KOs) for the IBF super flyweight world title.

She comes into the fight unbeaten and fights for a world title for the first time in her career.

Prediction: Dolan will likely win a points decision.

Chloe Watson has a tough test in Teresa Makinen (5-0), who is unbeaten after five fights.

The Brit stopped Klaudia Ferenczi in the second round in her last fight, bouncing back from back-to-back losses.

Watson (9-2, 1 KO) has fought at a higher level so far and should edge a close decision victory over eight rounds.

Shannon Courtenay (10-3, 3 KOs) fought at the Jake Paul vs Anthony Joshua open workouts in December and made no mistake against Jessica Maltez.

She should win in style against Sasha Booker (3-1) in her first eight-round fight in over three years.

Elizabeth Oshoba should extend her unbeaten run and may stop Chelsey Arnell, while Gemma Richardson should pick up her third victory against Johana Rajmont.

Both Harvey Smith (6-1, 1 KO) and Arjon Basi (2-0) should have enough to stop their opponents to open the show in London.
