Charlotte Flair will forever be one of the most popular women in WWE’s history, but how much longer does she feel she will have left in her career?
Flair suffered a knee injury that took her out of the ring for over a year which affected her moving forward not just physically, but mentally as well. While speaking with Bloomberg Podcasts, Flair discussed her future in the ring.
“I still have many years left in my career,” Flair said. She continues on her thoughts while she was out injured, “I don’t think I was in the right state of mind. I feel like I was in a very negative space.”
Flair said she had always seen herself as WWE’s “iron woman,” someone capable of pushing through almost any challenge. But when the injury sidelined her, it reshaped how she viewed both her career and who she was as a person. “That’s all I viewed myself as – a professional wrestler,” she explained. “But that’s not all I am.”
Since returning from injury, Flair won the Royal Rumble in 2025 and faced Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women’s Title at WrestleMania 41 in a losing effort. She has since been in the tag team division with Alexa Bliss, capturing gold once so far as a team. Flair is currently in her 14th year since signing with WWE.
