Chelsea cruised past League One side Port Vale to reach the semi-finals of the FA Cup with a 7-0 win on Saturday.
Jorrel Hato and Joao Pedro both netted in the first-half, before an own goal made it 3-0 to the hosts at the break at Stamford Bridge.
After the interval, defender Tosin Adarabioyo made it 4-0, before Andrey Santos found the back of the net.
Youngster Estevao then got his name on the scoresheet, and the rout was rounded off when substitute Alejandro Garnacho converted a penalty in added time.
Liam Rosenior’s side will find out their opponents in the last four when the draw is made on Sunday, but in the meantime it has emerged that the Englishman is closing in on his first signing since taking charge of the club.
According to GiveMeSport, the west London side are accelerating talks to sign defender Valentin Barco from French side Strasbourg.
The Ligue 1 outfit are owned by the same group – BlueCo – as Chelsea, and Rosenior left the club to take charge at Stamford Bridge in January.

Several players have moved between the two sides in recent years, and the report suggests that Barco is set to be the next player to do so.
Barco, 21, joined Strasbourg on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion at the start of last year, and made the move permanent last summer.
The midfielder – who can also play as a full-back – has now made more than 50 appearances for Strasbourg, and was an important player for Rosenior during the second half of last season and the first half of the current campaign.
According to the report, Chelsea are working to make the Argentine Rosenior’s first signing as head coach, with terms having broadly been agreed already between the London side and the player.
