Nitish Kumar Reddy played a tremendous knock in the second T20I against Bangladesh to revive India after early wickets in Delhi. Coming in at 25/2, which soon turned to 41/3 in 5.3 overs, Nitish joined hands with Rinku Singh to help India come back on track in the innings.
The start wasn’t quick enough for Nitish, who was batting at 13 in 13 deliveries, but once he got a free hit to free his arms, he didn’t look back. It was one-way traffic thereafter as Nitish raced away to a 27-ball fifty.
He scored 37 runs in the last 14 deliveries, including two boundaries and four maximums, on his way to a terrific fifty. He targeted spinners and played his shots all around the ground, showing his range.
