CM Punk and Seth Rollins’ tumultuous relationship has been publicized by both superstars throughout the years, and after The Best In The World’s return to WWE, it has even made its way into storylines between the two.
Even if Seth and Punk are not in an active feud, the element of their dynamic is always floating in the background of their careers. I am not entirely sure how much of it is kayfabe, but most would assume that, at the bare minimum, their relations are less than friendly.

With that being said, 2K invited me out to WWE 2K26 Creator Fest. While I was their I got some time to speak with CM Punk. I challenged him to describe three WWE superstars with just one word.
Of course, I had to ask him about Rollins, which proved to be a difficult question for him to answer. While thinking about his answer, his voice was quiet, but his face certainly told a story. Here is the clip from the interview with him so that you can hear the answer for yourself.

Before this interview, I thought that there was a chance that Punk and Rollins had made up behind the scenes and were cool outside the ring. After the talk, my mind was changed. My new theory is that they are now cool enough to the point where they can work with one another, but they are still far from friends.
Words are one thing, and actions are another. The World Heavyweight Champion’s facial expression appeared to speak loud and clear in this clip from our time together.
