Cody Rhodes Addresses $10K Price for WrestleMania Bus Tour

WrestleMania week gives fans unparalleled access to WWE Superstars. The company is always looking for new ways to monetize its events. Over the past few years, an increasing number of WWE Superstars have started purchasing their own buses. Everyone from Randy Orton to John Cena to The Big Show admitted that getting a bus added years to their careers.

Cody Rhodes is one of those people. In fact, Cody Rhodes’ bus, complete with Wheatley Vodka logo, has been featured on WWE TV numerous times. With the lure surrounding Cody’s live-in quarters, WWE started offering this unique experience during WrestleMania festivities.

The Undisputed WWE Champion spoke with Busted Open Radio about this pricey experience:

“I’ve got a good plan for them this year, because like you said, that’s an absurd amount of money. And, gosh, thanks forThe fact that people are out there paying that, that makes me feel incredible.

So I want them to definitely feel like they got a unique and cool experience and something intimate for us. Because when you get those moments with your fans where you can sit down across from them and actually get to know them.”

Cody Rhodes acknowledges that $10,000 is a lot to ask for just to walk around a pro wrestler’s bus. So, The American Nightmare ensures those who purchase this experience will look at that ticket as a gift that keeps giving.

Cody Rhodes Stays In Touch with Fans from Last Year’s Bus Tour

While Cody Rhodes’ bus tour went viral this year for its steep price tag, this isn’t the first time WWE has promoted this experience. The Cody Rhodes bus tour actually started during WrestleMania 41 week. Apparently, things went well, because WWE is running it back for the 2026 event.

The American Nightmare explained the slow launch of his bus tour in 2025:

“We did this tour last year very quietly. And, it’s just a sweet On Location deal for the people that want a little bit of that extra moment. What I did last year was very fun. They got to see my WrestleMania gear in advance, and we got to talk WrestleMania.”

While these are great perks for the WrestleMania experience, Cody Rhodes still wanted to make sure the fans got their money’s worth. That’s why Cody continues to keep in touch with those who purchased the WrestleMania 41 bus tour.

Cody shared with Busted Open Radio that he invited last year’s guests to join his podcast with Liv Morgan:

Two of the guys that were on the bus tour last year are actually coming on my podcast.

I wanted to bring a fan onto the podcast to see what that experience was like. We’ve stayed in touch. So, I look forward to a whole new motley crew on the bus this year. And thank you for doing that.”

While the WrestleMania card is ever-changing, Cody Rhodes’ Road to WrestleMania is set in stone. The American Nightmare will defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against Randy Orton.

Is Vince McMahon Returning to WWE in Cody Rhodes’ WrestleMania Storyline?

Last night’s Raw in New York saw Stephanie McMahon evoke some tough love onto Cody Rhodes, slapping the Champ in the face. Cody Rhodes told the future WWE Hall of Famer that she will never be her father. The mention of Vince McMahon brought a massive reaction from the MSG audience.

This development has led many to believe that former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon might return to remind Cody Rhodes that there isn’t “more than one” royal family in professional wrestling. Others believe this was done to add buzz of Vince McMahon potentially being at WrestleMania, but don’t intend to pay it off.

Nonetheless, an overwhelming number of people believe last night’s promo was a litmus test to see if a Vince McMahon-WWE relationship can forge forward once more. If that’s the case, MSG showed the former Chairman a lot of love. We have no confirmation of a Vince McMahon return, but we will keep you posted if anything changes!
