| NEW YORK (March 19, 2026) – Following today’s weigh-ins in Spain’s capital, the PFL Madrid event is official and set to take place tomorrow at Palacio Vistalegre.
The card is headlined by PFL Middleweight World Champion Costello “The Spaniard” van Steenis (17-3), who defends his title on home soil against 2025 PFL Middleweight World Tournament Champion and No. 2-ranked contender Fabian “The Assassin” Edwards (16-4). Both fighters successfully made weight at 184.7 pounds. In the co-main event, No. 2-ranked AJ McKee (23-2) will face No. 4-ranked Adam Borics (20-3) in a bout that has big implications in the 145-pound division. Both McKee and Borics also successfully made weight at 145.4 and 145.9 respectively.
