Combat sports star Darren Till is heading to bare-knuckle boxing.
Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) announced that the former UFC title challenger has signed a multi-fight promotional contract, with his debut scheduled for May 30 at BKFC-90 at the Utilita Arena Birmingham in Birmingham, England.
The event marks a major addition to BKFC’s growing roster as the promotion continues expanding across the United Kingdom.
BKFC Founder David Feldman Welcomes Till
BKFC founder and president David Feldman said the signing has been in the works and believes the timing is ideal for Till to enter the bare-knuckle ring.
“Darren and I have been talking and the timing is perfect for him to make his BKFC debut,” Feldman said. “I’ve watched Darren compete for the last few years and he’s a tremendous and exciting addition to our team.”
Feldman also emphasized the promotion’s continued growth in the UK.
“We’re expanding rapidly in the United Kingdom; BKFC-90 is a huge event and the perfect place for Darren to make his BKFC debut.”
Till Promises Violence Ahead of BKFC Debut
Till didn’t hold back when discussing his move to BKFC.
“I am very pleased to be signing with the BKFC. It’s an amazing promotion! F*** everyone on this roster, I’m coming to be the face of violence. No one can beat me.”
The middleweight bout on May 30 will feature Till against an opponent yet to be announced.
Till’s Combat Sports Resume
A native of Liverpool, England, the 33-year-old Till built his reputation in mixed martial arts while competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
He compiled a professional MMA record of 18-5 with 10 knockouts and earned three “Fight of the Night” bonuses during his UFC career.
Till has also remained active in professional boxing. On August 30, 2025, he scored a knockout victory over former BKFC fighter Luke Rockhold. He also holds boxing wins against Darren Stewart and Anthony Taylor.
BKFC-90 Headlined by Interim Title Fight
BKFC-90 will be topped by a previously announced interim championship bout.
Popular British fighter Connor Tierney will face rival Rico Franco for the BKFC Interim Welterweight World Title.
Tierney, known as the “Brum Town Bomber,” enters the fight with a 9-2 record, while Franco carries a 10-3 record into the highly anticipated showdown.
With Till’s debut added to the lineup, BKFC-90 is shaping up as one of the promotion’s biggest events in the United Kingdom.
