Brock Lesnar has been out of WWE for a long while ever since the allegation was made of him being involved in the sexual coercion which was filed by Janel Grant. Even though he was not complicitly involved in the law suit, yet it said that he knew of what was going on and never bothered to inform the authorities.
Brock Lesnar’s last appearance was in WWE SummerSlam 2023 where he was up against the American Nightmare, Cody Rhodes. He was then slated to return to WWE in the latest edition of the Royal Rumble. However, the lawsuit made WWE distance themselves from the Beast Incarnate, eventually replacing them with Bron Breakker.
In an interview with Mail Sport, WWE Chief Content Officer, Triple H said that Brock Lesnar is in Canada and if he wants to talk to the Stamford-based promotion, the company is open to the discussions. With a statement made like that, the speculations went through the roofs of Brock returning to the industry.
Here is what Dave Meltzer had to say about Brock Lesnar’s return
Dave Meltzer eventually underlined what the situation is and what prompted Triple H to say these words. Meltzer said to Wrestling Observer Radio, “If Brock (Lesnar) calls (WWE) and says ‘I want to come back for WrestleMania this year,’ it’s up to the lawyers. They have advised us to keep our distance from Brock right now due to the ongoing legal issues. This situation could change, and they might determine that enough time has passed for us to consider bringing him back. It’s not as simple as deciding to bring Brock back; it’s all about the legal circumstances. If Brock returns, it’s because the lawyers have given their approval, and if he doesn’t, it’s because they haven’t.”
The addition of Brock Lesnar in the ongoing discussion has certainly boosted the speculations where fans believe that the Beast Incarnate will be returning to the company at the earliest. With the return of Brock Lesnar to the mix, it is going to be a blockbuster move for the company in terms of the juggernauts.
