Designing the Stinner Romero Enduro Bike | The Radavist

The Stinner Frameworks Romero enduro full suspension is taking shape. In Episode 1 of the Romero Build Series, Aaron Stinner and the team dive into the design evolution of the rear end of their new full-suspension mountain bike we first previewed at the 2025 Made Bike Show.

To improve performance and affordability, the team redesigned the rear triangle from a machined billet structure to a tubular welded aluminum design, increasing stiffness while keeping manufacturing in-house in the USA. The new design also simplifies maintenance with minimal hardware, extended race bearings, and improved weather sealing.

The Romero is shaping up to be a 29er enduro bike with 160mm rear travel and 170mm front travel, built to handle aggressive terrain while remaining practical for real riders and mechanics.

Stay tuned for more!
