As one of the marquee events of the college tennis season, the 2026 ITA Division I Women’s National Team Indoor Championship will begin Friday, February 6th with all sixteen competing teams now knowing where and who they will be playing. Hosted once again at Northwestern University and the University of Illinois, play will span from Friday, February 6th and will continue through Tuesday, February 10th when a National Champion will be crowned.
As a singles-elimination tournament, teams will play one match each day up until Sunday when the four semifinalists will have an off day to allow the teams competing at Illinois to travel up to Northwestern for the semifinals and finals on Monday and Tuesday. All teams are guaranteed to play at least three matches at the Team Indoor Championships in either the main draw or in consolation matches. All consolation matches will conclude Sunday.
