Eddie Hearn put his feud with Dana White on hold with an amusing DM to the Zuffa Boxing boss.
Hearn and White have been trading barbs back-and-forth over the past few weeks ever since the UFC boss entered the boxing space.
The tension between the pair escalated further when White announced the acquisition of Conor Benn – previously one of Hearn’s prized assets – to his Zuffa stable.
White surprisingly called out the Matchroom boss for a fight, leading to some social media accounts creating AI videos of how a bout between them would play out.
And Hearn says he sent a video to the 56-year-old, who even replied to him.
“I actually DM’d him last night,” Hearn told IFLTV.
“It was an AI thing and we were rolling around and I actually sent it to him.
“I said to him, ‘I had to send you this, because I thought the video was so funny.’
“And he just replied, ‘Lol.’

“I didn’t know whether he was actually going to reply or not, but I thought it was quite funny.
“When I sent it, I was like, ‘I’m not sure I should have sent that.’
”But the video was so well put together and it really made me laugh.”
White dismissed Hearn as a competitor following his fourth Zuffa show, which saw cruiserweight titlist, Jai Opetaia defeat Brandon Glanton in Las Vegas earlier this month to become the inaugural Zuffa champion.
Hearn, who added UFC heavyweight champion, Tom Aspinall to his Talent Agency, has fired back at his rival, criticising the quality of his shows, which have all been staged at the Meta Apex in Las Vegas.

“It’s madness to say that Eddie Hearn is not a rival,” the 46-year-old added.
“It’s four shows that have absolutely no story line or narrative from a shed in Las Vegas in front of about 120 people.
“He’s talking like he’s putting on blockbusters every week.
“What you are putting on right now is bang average.”
