Women’s golf in the UK is experiencing a remarkable boom, with equipment and apparel sales rising sharply over the past five years, driven by increasing female participation and growing retail initiatives.

Leading the charge is American Golf, the UK’s largest golf retailer, which has recently announced a new partnership with the charity Women in Sport to further champion female golfers nationwide.

🤝 Partnerships and Community Initiatives

American Golf’s new collaboration with Women in Sport builds on prior initiatives, such as the Stromberg SS26 polo project, in which female golfers designed a polo shirt.

A portion of sales from the winning polo will be donated directly to Women in Sport, reinforcing the retailer’s commitment to empowering women through golf.
