The 2025/26 Enterprise Cup will kick off on 13 December 2025 with an action-packed round of 16 that promises intense rugby battles across the country, all scheduled to start at 4:00 PM.
Defending champions Kabras Sugar, fresh from completing another domestic double after beating Menengai Oilers 33-12 to lift the 2025 title, will begin their quest for a sixth crown in seven seasons when they host Impala RFC at the ASK Showground in Kakamega.

Kabras, who have dominated the competition with victories in 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, will be hoping to extend their historic six-peat and maintain their stronghold on the prestigious cup.
The other fixtures will see Kenya Harlequin taking on Catholic Monks at the RFUEA Grounds, Menengai Oilers battling MMUST RFC in Nakuru, and Nakuru RFC playing SC Pirates at the Nakuru Athletics Club.

Nondescripts will host Kisumu RFC at Ngong Racecourse, Strathmore Leos will welcome Zetech Oaks at the Strathmore Sports Complex, KCB Rugby will face Daystar University at the KCB Sports Club in Ruaraka, while KU Blak Blad will be up against Mwamba RFC at Kenyatta University.
This season introduces a new format to the Enterprise Cup, with the four Kenyan teams that progress from the local quarter-finals set to face four Ugandan sides in cross-country quarter-final ties.
The winners of these encounters will proceed to the semi-finals scheduled for 21 March and 11 April 2026, leading to the grand final on 23 May 2026.
The local quarter-finals will be played on 7 February 2026. With heavyweight clashes, emerging rivalries, and an exciting regional element added to the mix, the 2025/26 Enterprise Cup promises a captivating chapter for fans across East Africa.
