Fluxo and W7M Merge to Become Fluxo W7M

Brazilian esports organizations Fluxo and W7M announced Tuesday that they have merged their operations to create a new organization. Going forward, the new company will be operated under the name Fluxo W7M.

Financial terms of this merger were not disclosed as both are privately run companies.

This merger is the “result of a process developed over more than a year of joint operations in League of Legends, during which both organizations deepened their operational and strategic alignment,” according to the announcement.

In addition to League of Legends, the merger brings together players and coaching staff from both organizations competing in such titles as Counter-Strike 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Free Fire, EA Sports FC, and Fluxo FC (Kings League). The company said that this integrated operation also eliminates redundancies, streamlines processes, and establishes a stronger foundation to compete for titles immediately. As for sponsors and partners, “all existing agreements will be honored under their original terms,” the company noted.

Finally, the company also noted that the “integration process is already underway and is being carried out in a structured manner, respecting all existing sporting, commercial, and operational commitments.”

“This merger is not just about bringing operations together — it is about creating a stronger organization, better prepared and with a greater ability to generate value for partners, athletes, and fans,” said Felipe Funari, CEO of W7M. “We are uniting structure and community, performance and management, with the goal of elevating Brazilian esports to a new level of excellence.”

Fluxo founders Nobru and Cerol will remain with the organization as partners and part of the management team. They will continue to have an active role in decision making, according to the announcement, though specifics on their roles were not revealed at the time of writing.
