Former AEW coach, producer, and Head of Talent Relations Sarah Stock went on a full-on attack on her previous employer, citing corruption, negligence, and other things in a series of posts on X.
Stock, who a few months ago had a public fallout with Amanda Huber on social media, wrote that corruption and negligence are “running unchecked” and warned people that “receipts are coming.”
“In the meantime, TALENT AND COMPANY SAFETY CONTINUES TO BE PUT AT RISK, to line the pockets of Kosha and Manzione. Of all the departments to eliminate,” she wrote, referring to AEW Chief Operating Officer Kosha Irby and AEW Director of Performance Psychology Chris Manzione.
She also name-checked Karen Van Bibber, AEW’s Head of People & Culture, the department which she renamed from Human Resources.
“I can’t find Karen’s handle; probably disappeared publicly out of embarrassment for her grand flop of a ‘greatest accomplishment’ in @aew: renaming ‘Human Resources’ to ‘People & Culture’. You go, girl! Earn that paycheck,” she wrote.
Addressing Manzione, Stock wanted clarification of how many mental health-related issues are AEW wrestlers permitted per year before they start getting charged.
“Has Manzione explained yet how the decision was made to replace an extremely qualified, diverse, and beloved team of mental health professionals with a 3rd-party booking app?” Stock added. “Karen From Not-HR places the blame on talent, saying they asked for ‘more accessibility’. That’s the biggest joke of this entire fiasco.”
She also threw Irby under the bus for how AEW took care of the Mexican talent to save money. Stock alleged that AEW flew in Mexican stars on Tuesday for Dynamite and kept them until Sunday when Collision was over and gave them no per diem, no food allowance, and only one day per week at home with their family.
“I was furious when I found out. I addressed the insanity and immorality of that with Kosha, but, ‘Then I’d have to do it for everyone,’” she wrote.
Stock continued her rant against AEW, blasting the company for not having any production meetings and leaving AEW Head of Global Production Mike Mansury trying to figure out a two-hour live production with little to zero information.
She said that Tony Khan spends 45 to 120 minutes with people “who believe their time matters more than everyone else’s,” and specifically mentioned Swerve Strickland, Jon Moxley, Darby Allin, Christian Cage, Chris Jericho, and Adam Copeland.
“Coaches go back to their job w no direction, disgusted at what they’re witnessing. Show starts at 8, cross your fingers,” she wrote, adding that the rest of the roster and staff are even more in the dark by the time 8PM hits.
Stock was also critical of QT Marshall, who she said does not have Tony Khan’s back and makes fun of people the minute they walk out of the room. She also said that Sonjay Dutt and Bryan Danielson are complicit to corruption within the company.
Stock departed the company in April 2025 after two years. Prior to joining AEW, Stock was also a coach at the WWE Performance Center but was let go during the Coronavirus pandemic.
