“All Ego” Ethan Page got more than he bargained for tonight on WWE NXT in the form of a former TNA World Champion.
Tonight on WWE NXT, North American Champion Ethan Page came out to the ring to call out Tony D’Angelo for attacking him last week. Instead of D’Angelo, Page was confronted by current TNA International Champion Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo and Arianna Grace. The duo made it clear they wanted a shot at the AAA Mixed Tag Team Titles.
But before anything could come from that, they were all interrupted by former TNA World Champion Moose. He corners Stacks and informs him that everyone in TNA is upset about him holding the International Championship. Page tries to leave, but Moose quickly informs Stacks that he’s not here for him tonight, as someone else will deal with him; he’s here for All Ego!
Moose informs Page that in two weeks’ time, he will be challenging Page for the NXT North American Championship. A revelation that Page was less than pleased to learn.
