Gautam Gambhir, the new head coach of India, is anticipated by former head coach Rahul Dravid to perform “greatly” with the squad.
At the Thursday inauguration of “Roombr,” a supplier of “Digital Classroom,” here, Dravid was addressing a restricted group of reporters.
During the July–August tour of Sri Lanka, former India opener Gambhir started his coaching career.
Gambhir has a wealth of experience. In addition to playing a lot, he has clearly coached a lot. Dravid, who led India to victory in the June T20 World Cup, expressed confidence in the young player’s potential.
Everybody contributes their unique experience and knowledge to each given scenario. “I have no doubt that Gautam and his team will be beneficial to the team,” he continued.
The Indian team advanced to the World Test Championship and ODI World Cup finals under Dravid.
On Thursday, India will kick off their Test season under Gambhir. Over the course of the next four months, the squad will play ten Test matches, three of which will be against New Zealand and two against Bangladesh, before heading to Australia for a five-match series.
