The face of competitive gaming and esports is changing, it’s no longer the lone gamer grinding online solo or with other solo gamers, it’s about engagement and building a community. it’s about branding and monetising, networking and building a sustainable community.
The maiden edition of the GGC Esports Hall of Fame focused only on Ghanaian esports athletes where gamers and esports athletes will not only be revered for their gaming skills, but this will also unearth inherent talents, community spirit and build a fanbase.
The journey to the tops tart with participants nominating themselves and build a fanbase support. Through the journeys the athletes will leverage on the support of the fan base and grow their fan base to win awards in various stages.
