Monday Night Football in Week 13 of the 2025 NFL season is a rivalry of old rekindled, as the New York Giants visit the New England Patriots. Only New England is looking like the Super Bowl contender of the previous decades. It is currently leading the AFC with a 10-2 record, while New York is the exact opposite at 2-10.

Let’s dive into my Giants vs. Patriots predictions.

New York Giants vs. New England Patriots odds

Money line: Giants +280 / Patriots -360
Spread: Giants +7 (-110) / Patriots -7 (-110)
Total: Over 46.5 (-110) / Under 46.5 (-110)

New York Giants vs. New England Patriots best bet #1: Patriots -7 (-110)

The gap between these two teams is every bit as big as their mirror-image records suggest. The Patriots are riding a nine-game winning streak; the Giants have lost six in a row. There is no reason to think that those trends won’t continue on Monday night. It has all gone wrong in New York since a brief injection of life came in the form of rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart taking over from Russell Wilson. Dart has dealt with all kinds of concussion concerns, star receiver Malik Nabers is out for the year with a torn ACL, rookie running back Cam Skattebo suffered a season-ending broken ankle, head coach Brian Daboll was fired a few weeks ago, and defensive coordinator Shane Bowen was fired last week. After all of that, what’s left of the Giants is a bad team on both sides of the ball. Dart is back after missing the past two games, but he can’t be trusted due to his physical state and his supporting cast — or lack thereof.

New England, on the other hand, is a well-oiled machine in pretty much every facet of the game. Head coach Mike Vrabel and quarterback Drake Maye have this franchise in fantastic shape both in the present and for the future. Vrabel is the current Coach of the Year frontrunner and Maye is in the MVP discussion as the league’s leader in passing yards (3,130) to go along with 21 touchdown passes and a QBR that is second best in the NFL. Defensively, the Patriots rank in the top 10 in overall EPA and are No. 2 in run defense (87.7 yards per game allowed). It’s hard to see this game being competitive — especially in New England.

New York Giants vs. New England Patriots best player prop bet: TreVeyon Henderson Over 60.5 rushing yards (-110)

This is an outstanding spot for Henderson. The Giants have an interim head coach and defensive coordinator, and they were already bad against the run even when Daboll and Bowen were around. They are dead last in the league in both rushing yards per game allowed (157.2) and yards per carry allowed (5.9). No other team is giving up more than 5.3 yards per attempt.

Henderson should be able to take full advantage. The Ohio State product is on a heater right now, having scored five touchdowns in the last three contests and having run all over Tampa Bay to the tune of 147 yards in Week 10. Henderson has gotten 14, 14, 19, and 18 carries in the last four games. RB2 Rhamondre Stevenson has had only one good game this entire series and got just six carries in Week 12. Their discrepancy in touches could be — and should be — even more substantial on Monday.
