Hannibal Mejbri, who joined Manchester United from Monaco in 2019, quickly made a name for himself with his impressive skills. By 2021, he was celebrated as the 239th graduate from United’s prestigious Academy, marking his debut with the first team against Wolverhampton Wanderers. This achievement followed his recognition as the Denzil Haroun Reserve Player of the Year, highlighting his rapid ascent and promising future.

During his tenure at Manchester United, Hannibal accumulated 13 first-team appearances and netted one senior goal. His sole goal came in the 2023 season with a striking long-range shot in a 3-1 loss to Brighton & Hove Albion at Old Trafford.

Seeking regular first-team action, Hannibal Mejbri embarked on a series of loan moves to enhance his development. During the 2022/23 season, he joined Birmingham City in the Championship, where he gained significant experience and demonstrated his talents in a competitive setting. The following season, Hannibal embraced a new challenge in Spain with Sevilla, further broadening his footballing horizons.

After spending the pre-season and the start of the 2024/25 campaign with Manchester United under Erik ten Hag, Hannibal has chosen to make a permanent switch to Burnley.
