As someone who was an avid Minecraft player, I find myself at times reverting to Minecraft’s traditional methods and procedures. While an inventory of sand isn’t going to necessarily help, here is how to make glass in Hytale.
Hytale Glass Location
Before we go any further, understand that Hytales isn’t Minecraft. While it may have taken inspiration from it, they are both completely different games. Also, make note that Hytale is currently in its early access phase. This means that certain elements, like solid glass blocks, are not and can not be found in-game. While the blocks aren’t available, other glass products can be crafted. For instance, a glass bottle. To craft a glass bottle, you’re going to need some sand. Sand in Hytale can usually be located near a body of water. You can simply use a pickaxe to collect the sand. Once you have your desired amount of sand, head over to a furnace. These can be crafted using a workbench. A workbench will require 4 Tree Trunks and 3 Stone. The furnace will need 6 Tree Trunks and 6 Stones. If you put your blocks of sand in the furnace, you will receive glass bottles. These bottles can be used for potions, which can be crafted at the alchemy station. If you were planning on using the glass to build a window for your house, there is an alternative solution. While you can’t use glass, you can always craft a wooden window. Two of them only cost one wooden block. Any type of wood is also acceptable.
