Travis & Jan
- Agony Dial – Unlocks a headshot multiplier (1,000 Pesos)
- Pouch Rounds – Increases ammo capacity (Can be purchased for 1,200 Pesos after you Rescue Your Dad From A Cult)
Gus
- Cartridge Canal – Increases shotgun magazine size (800 Pesos)
- Slug Chunker – Gives a boost to stopping power (1,500 Pesos)
Bowie
- Bone Lock – Adds a headshot damage multiplier (1,000 Pesos)
- Portal Capacitor – Recharges Soul Hole ability quickly (1,200 Pesos)
- Flummis – Increases stopping power (No Pesos required. Found in Circuit Arcadia.)
Sweezy
- Panic-Reloader – Faster reload speed for the SMG (1,500 Pesos)
- Piercer Relaxant – Charge time for secondary piercing shot increases (1,200 Pesos)
Sheath
- Poise Frame – Boosts stopping power. Unlocks after the Pinkstock or Muppy Doo bounties.
- Cortex Cooler – Faster Spike ability cooldown (1,200 Pesos)
- Pressure Shot – Buffs your charged baby damage (1,500 Pesos)
Creature
- Dogbrain Overcharger – Faster reload speed (500 Pesos)
- Brain Drain – Speeds up the Hypno Baby cooldown (Complete the Circuit Arcadia Challenge)
High On Life 2 Weapons:
- Bowie – While their rate of fire is rather slow, Bowie hits like a truck. That is, if you can properly aim the weapon. Bowie’s trickshot ability is capable of highlighting weak points on enemies and objects.
- Gus – Gus returns as the shotgun for players. Just like in the previous game, Gus is capable of firing a giant lava disc that can ricochet off enemies or can be used strategically. His discs can be shot into certain walls to create platforms.
- Sweezy – She’s an SMG who can fire time bubble, slowing platforms, and enemies.
- Sheath – Sheath is a burst assault rifle whose trickshot deals damage across multiple enemies as an electric chain attack.
- Creature – Same as the last game, Creature launches his offspring that does damage to enemies. His special ability allows them to mind control enemies for a duration.
- Travis & Jan – The first dual-wielding weapons in the High On Life franchise. Each of them has its own trickshot ability. Jan is capable of shooting explosive slime, while Travis can levitate certain platforms.
- Knifey- Your Knife and melee buddy
