1 – Number of times India won at this venue and it came in the 2020/21 BGT series where they became the first touring to win at Gabba in over 32 years.
329 – This is the highest fourth innings chase achieved by a team and India famously chased down the target with 3 wickets to spare.
58 – India’s third lowest total in Test cricket happened here in the 1947 tour and the second in Australian soil after their 36 all out at Adelaide in 2020.
409 – On the other extreme, India amassed 409 runs in the drawn Test at Gabba in 2003 and this was the game where Sourav Ganguly (144) made his only century in Australia. The only other time India made more than 400 at this venue was in 2014 when the visitors scored 408 runs but ended up losing the Test match.

175 – In the only game he played at this venue, M L Jaisimha has amassed the most runs at venue for an Indian batter. He made 101 & 74 in the 1968 Test match that India lost by a mere 39 runs.

8 – In terms of bowling, former spinner Erapalli Prasanna 8 wickets in 2 games at the venue followed by Shardul Thakur who picked a 7 wickets in the only he Test he played here at 2020/21.
5 – Number of Indian bowlers to have taken 5-wicket hauls here, including Prasanna. The others are Bishen Singh Bedi, Mohammed Siraj, Madan Lal and Kapil Dev.
